Striking modern garden design for a long thin garden in Strawberry Hill, Twickenham, West London.
The family garden is divided into three sections to maximise use of the space. The first patio section has modern white tiles to complement the white of the contemporary kitchen, with bench seating to right and left to to create a comfortable area for socializing. The second section – designed for viewing and chilling – has striking planting and is divided from the recreational area behind with sections of rendered walls and planting.
The third and last area of this narrow garden is for the children’s play area with a goal, in-ground trampoline and clear space to facilitate healthy outdoor play. Artificial turf has been used for practicality.
Subtle lighting extends the use of the garden, and ensures that the garden is seen from within the house at night, all year round.
